YOUTH, HIGH SCHOOL & ADULT LEAGUES

Youth Leagues
Maximum roster size, 18 players, U-9 & U-10's may have a maximum of 22. Only 6 players including the goalkeeper are allowed on the field at any one time, U-9 & U-10 players will continue with a round robin for the final games instead of the semifinal or final game.

High School & Adult Teams
Maximum roster size 14 players. Only 6 players including the keeper are allowed on the field at any onetime. Co-ed teams must have 3 female players and 3 male players plus a keeper on the field at all times. Minimum of 4 players are needed to start and continue a game.

Each team must have home and away numbered jerseys. If a color conflict exists, the home team will change. Shin guards are mandatory and must be totally covered by socks. Only flat soled shoes or turf shoes are permitted.

The duration of each game is 50 minutes (two 25 minute halves). There will be no overtime.

Substitutions are on the fly and may be made at anytime. The substituted player must be off the field before the change.

Standings will be determined as follows: a) most points [win= 3, tie= 1, loss= 0], b) head to head [does not apply if more than two teams are tied in points], c) total bonus points [maximum of 3 goal differential], d) goals against, e) goals for, f) penalty kicks (3), if still tied, sudden death kicks will result.

The outdoors-offside rule doesn't apply.

The goalkeeper passback rule does apply.

A goal cannot be scored directly from a kickoff.

On goal kicks or keeper possessions, (allowing for 5 seconds to get rid of the ball), the ball must touch either the floor or a player from either team before crossing the third line (offensive third). Violations result in an indirect free kick at midfield.

Free kicks will be either direct or indirect, depending on the foul, (FIFA rules apply). Defending players must be at least five yards from the ball.

Anytime ball hits an overhead obstruction, play is restarted by an indirect free kick from the nearest line (depending on which third of the field the ball hits).

Kick-ins will be used to restart play instead of throw-ins. Ball must be placed no more than 1 yard from the line. They are indirect except for corner kicks, which are direct.

Slide tackles will not be permitted.

Any ejected player or coach is ineligible for their next game and may not be replaced during the game from which they were ejected. The DIRECTORS reserve the right to permanently suspend particularly unruly players, coaches or teams.

No protests will be entertained.
